Lemon pepper tilapia

lemon pepper tilapia
Ever since we sampled legit fish dishes during our anniversary getaway last month, I've had a hankering to recreate it at home. We snagged fresh tilapia filets at the store, and, in an effort to use the homegrown lemons we were gifted in as many meals as possible, whipped up a fish dish that is so tasty, so simple to make (only 5 ingredients!), and speedy fast to get on the dinner table. I'm a big proponent of quick, healthy, and tasty meals these days. This one fits the bill, especially because it draws out the natural fresh flavor of the tilapia. We've had it once a week for the past two weeks with sauteed veggies and rice pilaf, and we're still big fans of it!lemon pepper tilapia
