The days have been brighter and longer ever since Daylight Savings Time, which we are loving. Serene spends time outside on the balcony everyday, playing on the slide, pouring water with a teapot, bouncing balls, and painting. We have an easel set up for her outside, which she typically uses to create art. Recently, however, I had her paint a large, monochromatic piece to hang in our living room. We did some redecorating and rearranging, so I wanted to feature her painting on a blank wall. I think her scribbling is so cute. I only had easel paper though, which is not the most durable. I'm thinking about getting some canvas-like material she can create on instead, which will last longer and look better.
