Feeling small
We spontaneously drove up to the Griffith Observatory one evening to stroll around and to behold the expansive view of the city, from Downtown to the southeast, Hollywood to the south, and the Pacific Ocean to the southwest. It was spectacular, and also prompted thoughts about how very minute we are, not only in relation to the second largest metropolis in the country, but also in the grander scope of all creation. So grateful for these truths, and for free excursions.
